admin At the end of July 2010, I asked XLN Telecom UK for a mobile phone connection which was set up very quickly. The staff was so active that it was sending text message after each hour untill the connection was activated.
But there was no network XLN customer service, first they asked, do this, do that and then sent me another SIM.
This SIM was again not connecting with the network. It was working in Ashton under Lyne, Airport area and other cities but not in Oldham. The billing meter was running on one side while I was complaining daily or weekly trough phones, emails but no body was listening.
I have a complete record of all complaints. XLN customer service or say billing services are so poor, I cannot imagine.
I am asking XLN, when you have no network in Oldham, then why you are charging me..? Actualy you are breaching the agreement but they have no responce till today.
This is fair or trick to loot the customers….!
